2. Data we collect

We collect the information you provide when you submit an application through our two-step form, including:

• Full name and contact name
• Email address
• Telegram (or Skype) handle
• Country
• Primary traffic source or marketing channel
• Website or main traffic property (optional)
• Company name (advertiser applications, optional)
• How you heard about us (optional)
• Any free-text notes you choose to provide
• Your consent confirmation and the time it was given

We also automatically collect limited technical data needed to process and secure your submission, such as your IP address and a request identifier (Cloudflare Ray ID), the date and time of submission, and whether the application originated from the partner or advertiser flow.

3. How we use your data and our lawful basis

We process the data above for the following purposes:

• To review and respond to your application — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in evaluating prospective partners and advertisers.
• To contact you about your application and, if approved, your account — based on your consent and/or the performance of our agreement with you.
• To protect the site from fraud and abuse (bot detection, spam filtering) — on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

4. Service providers (data processors)

We share personal data only with the providers we rely on to operate the site and process applications:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting/CDN and, via Cloudflare Turnstile, bot protection on our application form. Turnstile may process your IP address and interaction signals to distinguish humans from bots. See the Cookie Policy for what Turnstile sets.
• Twilio SendGrid — transactional email delivery. The contents of your application are emailed to our internal team so we can review it.

These providers may process data outside your country. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). ⚠️ Confirm the current processor list and transfer mechanisms with counsel before launch.

5. Data retention

We keep application data for as long as necessary to evaluate your application and, if you become a partner or advertiser, for the duration of our relationship plus any period required by law. Unsuccessful applications are retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. ⚠️ Set concrete retention periods before launch.

6. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your personal data; request correction or erasure; restrict or object to processing; request portability; and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
